• Rental periods are weekly from Saturday to Saturday.

• Rental rates are in U.S. Dollars and the prices posted here supercede all other published prices.

• In additional to the rental rate, there is a $300 refundable security deposit.

• A minimum of 50% of the rental fee must be made to confirm your booking. You will be invoiced for the remainder plus the refundable security deposit. The full amount with security deposit is due no more than four months prior to your arrival date.

• The Booking Agreement must always be signed and sent by postal mail.

• Payment can be by check, bank wire or credit card. Please click on your payment method in step 3 above for further instructions.

• Payment by bank wire is the safest, fastest and preferred method of payment.

• Payment by check should be payable to: 'Sojourn In Italy' and mailed with the Booking Agreement to:

• Credit card payments are through Pay Pal and must be one transaction for the full rental amount. We do not except payment by credit card when a discount has been applied. You will receive email confirmation of your booking when we receive payment and the signed Booking Agreement.

• We will send you directions, contact information and a list of our guest services about six weeks prior to your arrival date.

• We highly recommend purchasing travelers insurance! This can protect you of unforeseen cancellations of air travel, lost or stolen items, etc.

» Gas for heating, cooking and hot water is included.

» A phone card for long distance calls will be provided.

» There is no charge for local telephone calls

» There is no charge for dial-up internet usage (sorry but we are out of range for broad-band such as DSL).

» A cell phone is available at no additional cost. You can purchase phone cards from tobacco or telephone shops.

» Basic paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels, napkins etc.

» Linens such as sheets, bath towels, dish towels and pool towels.

» Coffee, tea, sugar, basic spices etc.

» A selection of Italian wines is provided for you convenience. The cost of the of wine consumed should be paid for prior to departure.

» Guest Services such as additional house cleaning, child care, tours, cooking classes, wine or olive oil tasting and in house dinners are available with an additional charge. Please contact us with your requests and we will do our best to help you arrange what you are looking for.
