Here are 3 easy
steps to rent Il Rifugio
Go directly to step 2 if you have confirmed with us the period you want is available.
| 1) Reserve the rental period
using the Reservation Form. |

- Pick a start date (always on a Saturday) and the number of weeks you want to
stay. It's a good idea to have a backup time in mind just in case
your first choice is not available.
- Fill in the Reservation
Form and then press the e-mail button at the bottom, or. . .You
can skip this step and go directly to step 2 if you have already confirmed
availability and are ready to book.
- After we receive your completed reservation
form, we will hold the rental period for a week, allowing
enough time to complete step 2. |
2) Confirm your reservation
using the Booking Agreement Form. |

- Fill in the Booking
Agreement on the screen.
- Indicate that you agree to the Booking
Terms by checking the box that says you do.
- Print, sign and mail the Booking Agreement to us.
- When we receive the signed Booking Agreement and payment, we will
send you a summary of the agreement confirming your booking. |
3) Choose your payment method for further instructions. |

Rates |
- Rental periods are weekly
from Saturday to Saturday.
- All prices are in US Dollars.
- In additional to the rental fee, there is a refundable security deposit
of $500 for the first week plus $200 for each subsequent week.
- Bank wire is the preferred method of payment but in any case, the Booking Agreement must be sent by postal mail. Please contact us for bank wire information.
- Payment by check should be payable to:
'Sojourn In Italy' and mailed with the Booking Agreement to:

Low Season

The prices posted here supercede any other published prices. |
What to expect... 
• Final cleaning at departure is included.
• Electricity is included.
• Gas for heating, cooking and hot water is included.
• Firewood is included for the fireplaces, wood stove and the pizza oven.
• There is no charge for local telephone calls. A phone card for long
distance calls will be provided.
• A cell phone is available at no additional cost. You can purchase
phone cards from any tobacco or telephone shop.
• A selection of Italian wines is provided for you convenience. The cost of the of wine consumed
should be paid for prior to departure.
• Guest Services such as additional house cleaning, child care, tours, cooking classes, wine or olive
oil tasting and in house dinners are available with an additional charge.
Please contact us with your requests and we will do our best to help you
arrange what you are looking for.
